We are committed to minimizing our environmental footprint across the value chain. Our environmental strategy focuses on carbon neutrality, circular economy principles, water stewardship, and biodiversity conservation. We have set ambitious targets aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and regularly disclose our environmental performance through CDP and BRSR frameworks.

Sustainability Goals & Roadmap

Waaree has developed a comprehensive sustainability roadmap with measurable targets across environmental, social, and governance dimensions. Our goals are integrated into business strategy and reviewed quarterly by the ESG committee. We report annually through the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) and align our disclosures with GRI, SASB, and TCFD frameworks. Key milestones include transitioning 100% of our manufacturing operations to renewable electricity by 2028, achieving gender parity in leadership roles by 2035, and reaching net zero emissions across the value chain by 2040.

Net Zero Commitment

Waaree Energies is committed to achieving net zero greenhouse gas emissions across our entire value chain by 2040. Our net zero roadmap includes aggressive energy efficiency measures, complete transition to renewable electricity, electrification of fleet, supplier engagement programs, and investment in carbon removal projects. We are pursuing validation of our near-term and long-term targets through the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
